Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the product must:
- Be unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging.
- Be in the same condition in which it was received.
- Include the original packaging.
- Include proof of purchase or your order confirmation.

Please do not send any items back without contacting us first. Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of deliveryat dreambody305@gmail.com.
To help us resolve your request as quickly as possible, please include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the product
- Photos of the original packaging
- Photos of the shipping label
We will review your claim and work with you to provide a replacement or refund when appropriate.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for products that have been opened, used, or altered.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Skincare products
- Sunscreens
- Intimate care products
- Hair care products
- Body care products
- Supplements
- Topical creams
- Personal care items
Products must remain factory sealed to qualify for a return.
We also do not accept returns for:
- Gift cards
- Clearance or final sale items
- Personalized or custom-made products

Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an unopened product, please contact us first.
The quickest way to receive a different item is to request a return (if eligible) and place a new order after your return has been approved.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
Returned items must be unopened, unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process the refund.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is the result of our error or the product arrived damaged or defective.
